A solar power system provides The Fields with a supply of renewable energy. Every home has been designed to be thermally efficient to help reduce the amount of energy required for heating and cooling throughout the seasons. Rainwater will be harvested for toilet flushing and irrigation, while landscaping has been designed to filter storm water runoff to catch pollution before it enters the city’s drainage system. Furthermore, The Fields is 100% gas free.

-Each Townhouse has the option for lifestyle upgrades, including pet door installation between the balcony and living space, dimmable lighting, sheer curtains and smart home automation.
-Integrated storage and kitchen design ensure orderly and accessible rooms, where belongings big and small each have a place of their own.
-Every Townhouse is equipped with state of the art appliances – oven, induction cooktop and rangehood. Upgrades to splash back, lighting and appliances available
-Optional upgrades to luxe stone look splashback, larger appliances, integrated fridge/freezer into kitchen cabinetry and feature pendant lighting over the island bench.
-Large-format porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom makes for ease of cleaning, while a mirrored vanity cabinet with concealed LEDs (optional upgrade) provides additional soft lighting.
